B.L.E. believes in supporting and giving back to their local communities. Since the beginning, B.L.E. has recruited managers and support team members who believe in this way of thinking. The company is a supporter of the following organizations: Big Brothers - Big Sisters, Leadership Howard County, Rotary International, many Faith-based organizations and is involved in local networking groups; we also have representation on several local non-for-profit Boards.
